Ready-to-ship items are typically prepared within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items, including select prints, canvas prints, framed items, and specialty products, may require additional production time. If an item has a longer timeline, that detail will be noted in the product listing whenever possible.
If you need an item for a gift, event, or special occasion, please feel free to reach out before placing your order.
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Park Rapids area.
If you would like to arrange pickup, please contact Sue before or after placing your order so details can be coordinated smoothly.
Because artwork and small-batch items are prepared with care, purchases are generally considered final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll be happy to help with the next steps.
Unused greeting cards or boxed card sets may be considered for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis when they are in original, resaleable condition.
Original artwork, custom items, personalized items, and made-to-order pieces are considered final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, please save the item and all packaging materials and contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Original artwork is offered as a one-of-a-kind piece created by the artist. Because of the unique nature of original art, all original artwork sales are final unless the item arrives damaged in transit.
Purchase of original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Prints, canvas prints, and greeting cards are created to share the beauty of the original work in accessible ways.
TrailTalk note cards are individually assembled photo cards, featuring printed photography adhered to folded cardstock and paired with an envelope. Slight variations in placement, finish, or packaging are part of their handmade character.
Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen and from one printed product to another.
